Slitting roll foil

Robart International Tests New Foil Materials

News Update:
Robart International Tests New Foil Materials and Ships Machine to Australia

At Robart International, we are continuously testing and optimizing our machines to meet the highest standards and requirements of our customers.

Recently, we tested various foil materials on our roll slitting machines. These tests are crucial to ensure that our machines operate perfectly with different types of foils and meet the specific needs of our clients.

One of the highlights of these tests is that we will soon be delivering a roll slitting machine to a customer in Australia, specifically for cutting Polyolefin Shrinkfoil.
Polyolefin Shrinkfoil is a versatile and widely used material in the packaging industry, and we are proud that our machines can handle this task with precision and efficiency.

Always Ready for Testing:
At Robart International, we understand that every customer has unique requirements. That’s why our demo machines are always ready to test all possible materials. Whether it's new types of foil or specific slitting requirements, we can make tests to know how to get the best result (blade/pressure/speed).

Documentation and Feedback:
we always make a detailed video of the entire testing process. These videos not only show our customers how their material is processed but also serve as a valuable reference for future operations. After the test, we send not only the video but also the remaining result of the tested material back to the customer. This allows them to evaluate the results themselves and discuss any adjustments or optimizations.
