The RG-1650/2100 Economic rollslittingmachine cuts in a few seconds any self-adhesive Vinyl, Application-tape or Film and many other materials in any width your customer wants. With a minimum of 5mm (striping).

Recently we have added optional a Rewindholder to the rollslitter RG-1650 Economic where the operator can put rolls of foil and make smaller lengths with automatic stop and touchscreen PLC to program lengths needed.

Keypoints of the machine are:
- precise and exact slit, computerised sharpened   blade,
- rolls are tightened from inside by an expanding rubber ring to grip the carton/plastic 3” core
- strong free hanging main axle which can carry ca 60-80kg rolls
- sturdy welded robust machine construction, no bolted framework
- digital measuring system to be able to measure on the mm accurate
- for rolls up to 165cm/65” or 210cm/83” width and a maximum diameter of 250
- Effective lubrication system build into the protection caps of the blade

The RG-1650 V /2100 V standard Rollslitting machine with heavy duty frame and both, inside and outside grip, to keep the roll tightened during slitting. The machine cuts all possible materials even such as Magnetic tapes, reflective materials, straight and parallel (minimum slitting width 3mm).

The RG-1650V/2100V slits perfectly; Banner, windowfilm, mesh, adhesive vinyl, applicationtape, tape, foam, rubber, digital print media, reflective, magnetic and much more different material. If you have special width rolls we can build the machine every 15cm wider from 165 cm till maximum 345cm.

We are now offering an additional option to equip the standard RG Roll Slitter with dual blades in one blade carriage, eliminating the need for the operator to exchange blades when cutting application tape rolls to vinyl rolls (double-sided blade to single-sided blade), for example. These blades are housed within the blade carriage.

Alternatively, it is possible to add a Double Rewindholder to rewind your masterrolls, even rolls of 800kg to the main axle with metercounter. Including strong folding bearings, tension control during rewinding and guidance disks.

We are happy to inform we can offer a "semi-automatic" roll slitting machine, which means that we can offer a roll slitting machine that can be used as a semi-automatic in addition to manual operation.

 The operator can set the desired widths for cutting on a touchscreen, 5 different commands per cutting command (10x 20mm, 4x15mm, 15x 50mm, etc.).

The operator then no longer has to manually set the width each time, but the blade carriage automatically switches to the next width after each cut. This will be very accurate.

The operator must, however, perform the cut manually.

We believe this provides the following benefits:
- No human error in width measurement,
- “blade carriage” automatically blocked,
- work faster, no longer manually position the width,
- perfect for cutting the roll into narrow strips,
- machine can always be used manually, for example quickly cutting a roll in half
- PLC where the operator can set up to 5 different widths per cutting job.

A blade carriage with 2 blades will be mounted standard when choosing for the Semi Automatic slitting solution.

The RG-3300 V Rollslitting machine (log slitter) to slit heavy banner and textile rolls, EPDM etcetera till a maximum width of 3200mm. Slits the material sharp and clean in seconds. With this machine you can also slit the same materials as on the RG-1650V (Economic), Vinyls, Reflective, Windowfilm etc.

Optional it is possible to add a Double Rewindholder to rewind your masterrolls, even rolls of 1000kg to the main axle with metercounter.

Also optional, a cutting guidance for straight slit after rewinding and we have added optional a touchscreen PLC to rewind automatically from master-rolls to smaller rolls. Program the length you need and the machine rewinds the chosen length

When you have tight wounded rolls our Toproller will give anti-pressure from the top during slitting (option)
